A SETTLEMENT OF ITS LAWSUIT AGAINST THE DIME SAVINGS BANK
Columbia, SC, January 22, 2001- Affinity Technology Group,
Inc. (Nasdaq: AFFI) today announced that it has settled its lawsuit
against The Dime Savings Bank of New York. Terms of the settlement
were not disclosed pursuant to confidentiality restrictions of the
settlement agreement.
